Parts are listed by model number. Bogen tripods at one time had one number for tripods and tripods with heads had a different number. Example: model 3020 is a 3021 tripod with a 3025 head, 3023 is a 3021 tripod with a 3047 head. You find a nearly complete list here: Replacement Reference. So make sure you are 1) Looking at the right model number and 2) you use the tripod number on the tripod for finding tripod parts, and the number on the head for finding head parts - They are almost always different.
At the very least there will be the manufacturers code which often overlap and do not point to specific models with minute variations. These we will need a series of very specific photos to identify your model. Click on the parts breakout and you will see individual parts pictures to compare to what you need.
